In This Page I'll make a post about linux again, yes LINUX.
I hope we will happy on desktop Enlightenment, and happy pinguin.

Firstly, you must download the source or packet installer for slackware.

and build or install if you from packet slack (txz).

Download the last version from the site Slacke17(Enlightenment project for slackware) or source from site enlightenment.

Download this, from your browser or from wget.
http://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/project/slacke17/slacke17/r56352/slacke17-r56352-x86_64.tar
if you'r use wget
#wget http://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/project/slacke17/slacke17/r56352/slacke17-r56352-x86_64.tar

or from source code the project.
http://download.enlightenment.org/snapshots/2010-12-03/enlightenment-0.16.999.55225.tar.gz

When download has finished, you must goto work directory(Download), and list see the packet, than install it.

==[ Install from packet ]==
root@darkstar:~/Downloads# installpkg slacke17-r56352-x86_64-1jp.txz

Finished, happy on linux.

==[ Install from Source ]==
root@darkstar:~/Downloads# tar xzf enlightenment-0.16.999.55225.tar.gz
root@darkstar:~/Downloads# cd enlightenment-0.16.999.55225
You can read the manual instruction how to INSTALL.
or you can follow me.
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/e17
make
make doc
make install all (make all install).

or you can use this tool http://omicron.homeip.net/projects/easy_e17/easy_e17.sh | install easy., just set chmod +x and run it.

finished.
now, you must login from kdm manager.
reboot your system, and login as root, than start the kdm.

root@darkstar:~# kdm
select the session Enlightenment(beside bottom power/shutdown) and login.
now, we have a Enlightenment windows manager.

This is 2 Screenshoot,

                                 Desktop 1 and 3

Happy linux.
